Common questions

Questions about working with centrase

Does centrase use lock-in contracts?

No. centrase does not use lock-in contracts. The commercial terms, scope and support arrangements are set out in each proposal or agreement.

Where does centrase operate?

centrase is based in Gold Coast, QLD. We serve businesses across Gold Coast, the Gold Coast hinterland, and South East Queensland. For infrastructure projects, we assess travel scope case by case.

Do you work with small businesses?

Yes. centrase is usually the best fit for Gold Coast SMEs with roughly 10 to 100 people. The systems, internal IT capability and what you need from support still determine whether the fit is right.

Can centrase take over from our current IT provider?

Yes. A transition normally starts with discovery and an agreed handover plan. The exact audit, documentation, timing and responsibilities depend on the environment and cooperation from the outgoing provider.
