What's covered

A managed IT arrangement combines what the business actually needs. The proposal states exactly which systems, users, locations, hours and responsibilities are included — nothing vague.

Helpdesk support

Business-hours remote and onsite support for Gold Coast businesses. You call Kevin directly — no hold queues, no ticket number, no offshore level-one team.

Monitoring

Networks, servers, services and endpoints watched around the clock. Issues get caught before they become outages — or before you have to call to find out something's broken.

Security patching

Operating systems and applications kept up to date on an agreed schedule. Exceptions and deferred patches are documented, not forgotten.

Backup management

Acronis backup configured, monitored daily and tested. If something goes wrong, recovery isn't a guessing game — we know what's protected and how to get it back.

Endpoint management

Device enrolment, policy, inventory and remote actions for the agreed environment. Devices stay compliant and visible without staff chasing IT.

Vendor management

Liaison with your internet, software and hardware vendors so you're not stuck in the middle. We know the right escalation paths and when to use them.

How it works

How it works

01

Assessment

We find out what's actually there before anything is proposed. Servers, devices, networking, Microsoft 365, security and backup — whatever's relevant to the environment.

02

Onboarding

Access, agents, policies, support channels and documentation are set up before anything goes live. Changes are scheduled so nothing breaks without warning.

03

Ongoing support

Support runs to the agreed scope. Response targets, maintenance windows, reporting and reviews are all defined — not assumed from a generic service description.

How much does managed IT cost?

Pricing depends on what's being covered — a single-site SME is different from managing multiple locations, servers and cloud services. There's no standard rate card because no two environments are the same.

We find out enough about the environment to define the work properly. Assumptions and pricing basis are stated before you commit to anything.

Common questions

Common questions

What response times does centrase offer for managed IT?

Priority depends on urgency. If your business is down, that gets immediate attention. Competing issues are triaged and worked through as quickly as possible. There are no hold queues or ticketing delays - you deal directly with the person doing the work.

Does centrase require a lock-in contract for managed IT?

No. centrase does not use lock-in contracts. Commercial terms, inclusions and any notice arrangements are stated in the service agreement.

Can centrase take over from our current IT provider?

Yes. A provider transition can include discovery, documentation and a staged handover plan. Timing and responsibilities are agreed after reviewing the environment, available information and cooperation from the outgoing provider.

Do you cover on-site visits, or only remote support?

Both remote and onsite work are available. Whether onsite visits are included, scheduled or billed separately depends on the service agreement and the work required.

Is centrase support available 24/7?

Normal support is provided during agreed business hours. Any after-hours coverage or incident escalation must be specifically included in the service agreement; centrase does not advertise a staffed 24/7 helpdesk.

Sick of dealing with IT that doesn't work?

Tell Kevin what you've got now, what's missing and what keeps breaking. That's enough to get started.
